Photo Upload Guidelines
⦁ Accepted file formats (e.g., JPG, PNG).
⦁ Maximum file size (e.g., 10MB per photo).
⦁ Resolution recommendations (e.g., at least 300 dpi for best print quality).
⦁ Prohibited content (e.g., no copyrighted, offensive, or illegal images).
Production & Shipping Policy
⦁ Orders are produced and shipped within 2 business days after photo upload is confirmed.
⦁ Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
⦁ Specify shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) and estimated delivery times.
Return & Refund Policy
⦁ Since these are custom products, returns may only be accepted for:
⦁ Damaged items
⦁ Defective prints
⦁ Wrong order sent
⦁ Customers must contact you within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo evidence).
⦁ Refunds/reprints processed within 5 business days after approval.
Cancellations & Changes
⦁ Orders can only be canceled or changed before photos are uploaded.
⦁ Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are possible.
Privacy Policy
⦁ Uploaded photos are used solely for the purpose of creating magnets.
⦁ Images will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing without explicit customer consent.
⦁ Secure handling of data (consider mentioning encryption, storage time limits, etc.).
